Resist the Urge to Believe Every Feeling

Men need to resist the urge to believe everything they feel.

The study of your personal feelings will lead only to more emotions. An infinite cycle that leads nowhere but back into the same spot you started from. 

An abyss of nothing but emotions attached to moments that are long gone, that were held on to for too long and made heavy over time. 

Be careful not to be addicted to reliving these emotional moments from the past as things that made you molded you and or caused you to be who you are today. 

Maybe they did, but perhaps they didn't. Who decides such a thing? The man chooses for himself.

They happened, but your mind is what will free you from this cycle and the use of your rational mind. Do not become a victim of your emotions.

There is genuine sadness in an infinite loop of that kind. Men allow their feelings to dive deeper than they need to go and leave a scar in those depths of value as the story is repeated and the emotions are relived in the man's mind. Use your reason and logic to control what may be out of control.
