Shipping & Fulfillment
We create in motion — some items are in stock, others are made-to-order so creativity never stops.Because of that, fulfillment times vary:

Once fulfilled, shipping speed depends on the carrier and the option selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Within the USA
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the order.
Tracking Info
You’ll receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships.
Responsibility After Delivery
When the carrier marks a package as Delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will always do our best to point you in the right direction and support documentation requests.
Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us immediately.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute it.
Returns and Exchanges
We will be happy to accept returns that are in resalable condition as long as they are returned within 30 days of the shipment date. You may choose to exchange the item, receive a refund or a store credit. Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.
