We hope you love your All Knowledge gear. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• With original tags and packaging

• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, email us at info@allknowledgeclothing.com.
Please do not send anything back without notifying us first — items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

• A return authorization

• Instructions on where and how to send your package

• A prepaid return label (if eligible — see below)

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated during a promotion or approved by our team.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@allknowledgeclothing.com with your order number and photos.
We will review and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized items

• Limited final-sale drops

• Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or style?
The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
