Being Fully Alive

It is not some great wisdom, just common sense that being fully alive is not compartmentalized. Good or bad, peaceful or chaotic, being fully alive is not exclusive to any specific moment. 

You can not ignore significant losses and great pains and still gain knowledge from them. The value is in their acknowledgment, and it cannot be dismissed or appraised by anyone but the man living it.

Men will find that most of their misery or discontent has them confusing peace with doing nothing and boredom as the same. Understand that being bored is not the same as being at peace.
