Facing Change Without Building a Prison

A man traversing a lousy situation, his main goal before running for the exit should be not to make things worse on his way out. It may pay you tenfold.

Minimizing your suffering and the suffering of others is a duty left to those men strong enough to bear it.

Something that hurts men often is losing their work or job. Many of us associate our work with our purpose, which makes the pains of changing something like a man's purpose a matter of will and disciple.

Anger will join the party to get past the fear of having no purpose or mission. We must create it and identify when it is time to change paths.

When changes come, and they will, do not build yourself a prison of suffering and invite your colleagues to stay a while. Keep your head up and face it. It is the only choice worth making. To face all of it.
