Give Freely Without Expectation

If a man desires to give a gift, he should give it freely.

Make the intentions clear, and speak them clearer still. Gifts do not come with agendas attached. 

Anything else is not a gift any longer. It is an exchange, and then it is based on expectation. 

The expectation is that a transaction will be conducted. To give to and then receive from in return for something of equal value or possibly more. 

If you are in a position to give, then give freely. If not, then keep building until you are in such a position. 

It is a gift to offer anything of value, knowledge, wisdom, a few bucks, a place to stay, a skill, some time, a listing ear. If you can, then do so. I will do so as well.
