Finding the right fit is important whether you're training, competing, or wearing your gear every day.

Use the size charts below as a general guide. If you're between sizes, consider how you prefer your gear to fit:

For a tighter, competition-style fit: size down when appropriate.
For a more relaxed fit: size up.
For rashguards: chest measurement is the most accurate sizing method.
For gis: weight and height recommendations should be used together for the best fit.

Recommended Fit

If you're broad-shouldered or carry more muscle mass, consider sizing up.

• Choose free pickup at JJCON or paid shipping within the United States.
• Pickup orders must be collected during JJCON. If an order is not collected, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping fee.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
